The NUC500 series based on the ARM ® ARM7TDMI core integrates 32/64 Kbytes SRAM and provides rich features such as USB 2.0 Full-Speed Device, embedded Audio Codec, SPI, I²C, embedded LDO (3.3V to 1.8V) , etc. The NUC500 series is one of the internal hardware encryption ARM7 microprocessors with excellent security mechanism to protect customer innovation ideas.
