The PVT HD RGB is an HDMI and VGA switching input wallplate designed to work exclusively with the PVS407D PoleVault twisted pair AV switchers. The PVTHDRGB provides one HDMI input and one VGA input and transmits either video signal to the switcher over a single CATx shielded twisted pair cable. Embedded HDMI digital audio or digitized analog stereo audio for the video input is also transmitted over the same cable. Extron exclusive EDID Minder® ensures that all sources power up properly and reliably output content for display. The PVTHDRGB is powered by the PoleVault switcher via the twisted pair cable and features LED indicators on the front and backfor easy troubleshooting.

　　HDCP compliant — Ensures display of content protected media and interoperability with other HDCP-compliant devices.

　　User-selectable HDCP authorization — Allows inputs to appear HDCP compliant or non-HDCP compliant to the connected source, which is beneficial if the source automatically encrypts all content when connected to an HDCP-compliant device. Protected material is not passed in non-HDCP mode.

　　EDID Minder® automatically manages EDID communication between connected devices — EDID Minder ensures that all sources power up properly and reliably output content for display.
